Request a demo
Half an hour on a real dashboard with your own products in it, run by somebody who works on the thing. You'll get an honest answer about what it would take to move, including the parts that argue against it.
We answer demo requests within one business day. We're around Monday to Friday, 09:00–18:00 UTC.
What to expect
- How long
- Thirty minutes, or an hour if you're migrating a large catalogue.
- Who's on it
- Someone who works on the product and can answer without checking.
- What it costs
- Nothing, and there's no card involved at any point.
- Afterwards
- One follow-up email with whatever we promised to send. No sequence.
What we'll cover
Your catalogue, not ours
Tell us what you sell and we'll have a few of your own products loaded before we start. Looking at someone else's stock teaches you nothing about whether your variants fit.
The move, costed
What comes across cleanly from where you sell now, what has to be redone by hand, and roughly how long it takes. Including the parts that are annoying.
Your numbers against the flat price
Your current platform percentage plus your monthly app subscriptions, against $49, $99 or $149. If it doesn't come out in our favour we'll tell you that on the call.
The gaps
We'll walk you through what isn't built yet — custom domains, multi-store, one-click export of everything — and whether any of them is a blocker for you.
Tell us about your store
Four required fields, and the rest only if they help. Everything here goes into an email you send us — it isn't stored anywhere, and you can see exactly what it says before it goes.
Would rather not talk to anyone?
Entirely reasonable, and there is no worse version of the product for people who skip the call. Open a live demo store to see what a shopper sees, or start the 14-day trial — no card, and you can build the whole store during it. The comparison page and the merchant FAQ cover most of what a demo covers, in writing.
One specific question rather than a walkthrough? sales@tokolane.com reaches the same people, and a straight question gets a straight answer faster than a meeting does.
